**Return and Exchange Requests:** To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@theprettysociety.net to obtain your six-digit order number.
**Store Credit:** Please note that returns will result in store credit or exchanges only; refunds are not available. Store credits are issued in the form of a Pretty Society gift card and sent to the email address associated with the order number of the returned item. Store credit is issued only after your return has been received and processed.
**Return Details:**
- You have 21 days from the shipment date to return items. For international orders, you have 30 days to initiate a return.
- Include your invoice or order number within the return package.
- Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after delivery to our facility.
**Exchange Details:**
- You have 21 days from the shipment date to request an exchange.
- Exchanges are not available for international orders.
- Exchange items must be received within 14 days of initiating the exchange request.
- Discounts and coupon codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
**Conditions for Returns:** To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
**How to Package Returns:** All items must be returned in protective packaging to minimize damage during transit.
**Shipping Costs:** Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
**Defective or Worn Items:** If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@theprettysociety.net with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. If you return an item without notifying us of its damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return if we find any defects or signs of wear.

**Shipping & Deliveries**
Hey Sis utilizes multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages both within the United States and internationally. Once your payment is verified and processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification containing the shipping carrier's details and a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that all orders totaling $150 or more will require a signature upon delivery.
